Scope: Project consists of new building construction for a single-story wood framed structure approximately 11,590 sf, Construction Type II-B and Type V-B, Occupancy Group B, with automatic fire sprinklers. The work includes rough grading, site utilities to support new facility, cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, and modification of existing parking lot. Building construction includes aluminum storefront systems, new HVAC system, plumbing systems, electrical and low voltage systems, exterior plaster finish, and all interior finishes. Construction completed in the middle of an active high school campus requiring coordinated utility outages and coordinated student access to maintain school operations.
